Lucy Philena was born 21 Jan 1853 in Provo, Utah County, Utah. She married Thomas Carlos Emmett on 13 Oct 1873 in the Endowment House in Salt Lake, Utah. She later married John Day on 5 Nov 1888. She died at age 48 in Cedar City, Iron, Utah and is buried in the Hamblin Cemetery, Washington County, Utah.
